I formed Trust Realty Group LLC because I understand the apprehension and sometimes frustration that buyers and sellers experience when navigating through real estate transactions.

My vision was to build a company that put clients at ease, and helped them understand and feel comfortable with each step of the buy / sell process. As our name suggest, trust is the foundation of our company. Our community trust us to be good solid citizens participating and contributing to the benefit of our neighborhoods. Most importantly our clients trust us to be the best professionals possible, equipped with the know-how and knowledge to guide both buyers and sellers through real estate transactions. Gerald was a dream to work with. I was pretty hyper-focused on finding a house in a short period of time. I must have asked him to show me 25 houses over the course of a couple of weeks and he was absolutely great. It was obvious his only concern was finding what was right for my wife and me, not just selling a house. He was quick to share knowledge he has picked up over his career and even pointed out reasons a house might not be a good fit for us, which is a wonderful a rare quality in a realtor. He must take impeccable notes because the first house that he suggested for us, rather than one I brought to him, was perfect and we had a deal worked out by the end of that week. He always made himself available and if I had a question he didn’t know the answer to right away he would find the answer very quickly. He’s even been a great help after we purchased the house (a time that most realtors would have simply just been counting their commission). He and his wife are wonderful people and we feel extremely lucky to have found them. We even find ourselves wanting to look at houses just to hang out with him again haha. You won’t find a better person or realtor to help you find your dream home. I’ll leave it at that even though I could say great things about Gerald all day. Do yourself a favor and hire this man!
